JAV Tracker Privacy Policy

Information we collect

• Account information, including email address, password hash, registration time, session state, and email verification status.
• Product usage information, including subscribed actresses, favorite videos, search and browsing behavior, Telegram binding status, invite codes, and CDKey redemption records.
• Payment-related information, including order IDs, payment status, plan type, expiration time, and required transaction identifiers returned by payment providers.
• Commercial attribution information, including UTM parameters, advertising ad_id, first and last touch snapshots, landing-page pathname, and touch times inside a 7-day attribution window.
• Operational and security information, including request logs, error logs, IP-region checks, access-code cookies, and technical data needed to prevent abuse.

How we use information

• To provide the private library, subscription timeline, favorites, search, trailers, AI translation, and Telegram notifications.
• To complete email verification, password recovery, membership activation, payment status checks, invite code controls, and CDKey permissions.
• To maintain service security, prevent abuse, debug issues, improve performance, and keep mainland China IP blocking and access-code logic working.
• To measure service usage without identifying individuals, for product improvement and capacity planning.

Third-party services

JAV Tracker uses third-party services where needed to operate features, such as Cloudflare, Telegram, CCPayment, OpenAI-compatible model providers, object storage, and email providers. These services receive only the data needed for the relevant feature.

Advertising and ExoClick

Free and expired accounts may see advertising provided by ExoClick. For delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, and frequency control, ExoClick may process technical data such as IP address, browser and device information, referrer, ad interactions, and cookies. Active paid members and administrators do not load this advertising service. Standard Banner and Native placements respect ad blockers. No CMP or IAB TCF consent interface is currently integrated for EEA or UK users; this does not mean TCF compliance has been completed and may create GDPR, ePrivacy, and ad-fill risk. The advertising master switch can stop third-party ad requests at any time.

Retention and deletion

• Account and subscription data is stored while your account remains active so the service can function.
• Anonymous commercial raw events are normally retained for 30 days. Signed-in user commercial raw events are normally retained for 365 days. Daily commercial aggregates do not contain identifiable account IDs or anonymous session identifiers and may be retained long term for trend analysis.
• When an account is deleted, commercial raw events directly tied to that user are deleted. Previously generated non-identifying daily aggregates have no personal foreign key and may remain.
• Security logs, payment status records, and system configuration logs are retained for a reasonable period for operational, security, and compliance needs.
• You may request export or deletion of account data by email. After deletion, some required transaction, security, or audit records may remain in restricted form.

Your choices

• You can unsubscribe from actresses, remove favorites, unbind Telegram, change your password, or stop using paid features.
• Browser cookies are used for sessions and regional access. Disabling required cookies may prevent login or access control from working.
• Telegram notifications are sent only after you bind Telegram, and you can unbind at any time.

Minors

JAV Tracker is intended for adults. Users who have not reached the legal adult age in their jurisdiction may not register for or use the service.

Policy changes

We may update this policy for product, legal, or security reasons. Material changes will be presented through in-product pages or other reasonable means.
